Nodak Mutual Insurance Group has an opening for an Area Crop Claims Supervisor in South Dakota. This individual will oversee the development and management of an effectively staffed claims team in the assigned territory; provide sufficient staffing and training to ensure achievement of corporate and regional service levels and loss adjustment expense goals; and responsible for supervision of crop insurance loss adjustment and auditing functions for their assigned territory. Successful candidates will have: • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5 + years crop adjusting/compliance related insurance and/or agriculture related experience required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong computer skills. • Ability and willingness to travel on a frequent basis.
